I’m so excited to be joining Ecstatic Dance Festival Dorset this year— a vibrant, heart-led gathering devoted to movement, conscious connection, embodiment, and joyful liberation.

My offerings will invite you into deeper intimacy, sensual embodiment, authentic relating, and the reclamation of pleasure as a life force.

Through a fusion of breath, movement, relational practices, conscious touch, and playful exploration, we’ll explore what becomes possible when we slow down, listen to the body, and allow ourselves to be truly met.

This is an invitation to soften armour, awaken aliveness, deepen connection, and remember that pleasure, presence, and intimacy are not luxuries— they are part of what makes us fully human.
