Section 1 - Services
Our services include transformational coaching, tantra, yoga, NLP, embodiment work and related healing modalities. This also includes immersive group programmes such as Tantric Heart: The Deepening, retreats, workshops and membership circles.
By purchasing any service or joining a programme, you agree to the specific details communicated at the point of sale: price, schedule, location, access to materials and any eligibility requirements.
All group programmes require active participation, self-reflection and emotional responsibility. They are designed for personal development and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
For in-person retreats or events, participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and insurance. We are not liable for personal injuries, losses or damages arising from attendance. A liability waiver may be required prior to entry.
Privacy and data handling are described in Section 3 – Confidentiality and Privacy.
Section 2 - User Responsibilities
By using this site or joining our programmes, you confirm that:
you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have parental or guardian consent,
you will not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose,
you will participate with integrity, respect and compassion towards yourself and others.
In group or community settings you agree to:
uphold confidentiality and consent at all times,
take responsibility for your own physical and emotional safety,
follow facilitator guidance to maintain a safe container for the group.
Any behaviour that compromises safety, consent or confidentiality may result in removal from the programme without refund.
Section 3 - Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality in line with our Privacy Policy. Information shared during sessions, group work or programmes is expected to remain within the programme container.
Group programmes may include live gatherings, online calls and community spaces. To support integration:
some online sessions may be recorded for participants of the same cohort only,
access to recordings and materials is for personal use and must not be shared or reproduced,
participants may not record, photograph or distribute any part of a session without explicit permission from the facilitator and all participants involved.
We do not sell or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties except as set out in our Privacy Policy or where required by law. Section 4 - Payment and Refund Policy
Payment for all programmes, workshops, and services, including multi-month journeys such as Tantric Heart: The Deepening, constitutes a full commitment to the entire programme.
Payment structure and confirmation:
Full payment is due upon registration, unless a payment plan is agreed at the time of purchase.
Payment plans represent a binding commitment to complete all instalments.
Your place in the programme is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Refunds and transfers:
Once a programme has begun, all fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to a future cycle or another participant, provided written notice is received at least 14 days before the start date.
Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the facilitator.
Requests for refunds or transfers must be submitted by email to hello@anja.me.
Payment methods:
Payments may be made via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, or other approved providers, subject to their own terms and approval processes.
We do not store your payment details directly; all payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
By submitting payment, you agree to these conditions and to any additional terms stated at the point of sale.
Section 5 - Scheduling and Availability
All sessions, workshops, and programmes operate according to the schedule communicated at the time of purchase. Dates and times are listed on the programme page or confirmation email.
Attendance and access:
Participants are encouraged to attend all live sessions to honour the shared field of practice and the integrity of the group process.
If you miss a live session, you may receive access to a recording or integration materials, where applicable.
Missed sessions are not eligible for refund or partial credit.
Changes and cancellations:
In the rare event that we must reschedule or cancel a session, participants will be offered an alternative date, access to a recording, or an appropriate replacement.
We reserve the right to adjust schedules, facilitators, or formats as needed to maintain quality and continuity of the programme.
Section 6 - Prohibited Activities
You agree to engage with the services in a respectful, lawful, and ethical manner. You must not:
share, copy, or distribute any course or programme materials without written permission,
record, photograph, or share live sessions or participant contributions without explicit consent,
use our online platforms or community spaces to solicit, sell, or promote unrelated services,
engage in any behaviour that harms, exploits, or disrespects other participants or facilitators.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the programme without refund and, where necessary, legal action.
Section 7 - Intellectual Property
All materials shared through our services — including but not limited to written guides, videos, audio recordings, rituals, practices, and integration exercises — remain the intellectual property of Anja.me.
These materials are provided solely for personal use within the scope of the purchased programme. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, publish, or use any of these materials for commercial or educational purposes without prior written consent from the facilitator.
You agree not to teach, record, or publicly share any part of the programme content, methods, or practices without permission. This ensures the integrity and confidentiality of the work for all participants.
Section 8 - Third-Party Tools and Links
Our website or online platforms may include links to third-party services or tools that are not owned or controlled by us.
We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these third-party websites or applications.
Use of such tools or links is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Any issues or losses that arise from third-party services are subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
Section 9 - Limitation of Liability
Our programmes and services are designed to support your personal growth, self-awareness, and healing. However, individual results will vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
By participating in any programme, including Tantric Heart: The Deepening, you acknowledge that:
you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing,
you participate voluntarily and at your own risk,
you have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions prior to joining.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the programme or use of our materials.
In joining, you agree to seek external professional support (medical, psychological, or otherwise) if you require additional care beyond the scope of this work.
Section 10 - Program Participation
Our programmes often include interactive, relational, and somatic components such as group sharing, partner practices, or guided embodiment.
By joining, you agree to engage with awareness, respect, and consent at all times.
You further agree to:
honour the confidentiality of other participants and the privacy of the group container,
participate with presence and integrity,
communicate your boundaries clearly, and respect those of others,
follow facilitator instructions to maintain emotional and physical safety for all.
The facilitator reserves the right to limit or terminate your participation in any programme if your behaviour compromises group safety, consent, or the integrity of the space. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Section 11 - Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
By using our services or joining our programmes, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue or forum.
Section 12 - Applicability to International Clients
Our services and programmes are available globally. While we welcome participants from all countries, these Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law.
By engaging our services from outside the UK, you agree to comply with these Terms and acknowledge that any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
If you are joining from a different time zone, please ensure that you verify all session times and dates in your local time. All official communication, payment processing, and legal notices are conducted in English.
Section 13 - Health and Well-Being Disclaimer
Our services, including tantra, coaching, embodiment, and healing practices, are designed for personal development and spiritual growth.
They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or psychiatric care.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
you are physically and emotionally able to engage in the practices offered,
you take full responsibility for your wellbeing throughout the programme,
you will consult your healthcare provider or therapist if you have any medical, psychological, or trauma-related conditions that could affect your participation.
We encourage you to seek additional professional support if you experience emotional distress or require therapeutic guidance beyond the scope of the programme.
Section 14 - Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, power failures, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative access (such as recordings or extended access), but no refunds will be issued due to force majeure events.
