The Art of Being Held
A Conscious Cuddles Evening
A Valentine’s Alternative: Conscious Cuddles & Nurturing Touch
Friday 13th February | In-Person Evening
What if Valentine’s wasn’t about romance, pressure, or finding someone…
but about being held, seen, and gently nourished — exactly as you are?
This evening is an invitation to slow down and soften into a safe, heart-led space of conscious touch, cuddles, and human connection.
No dating agenda.
No expectation to impress, perform, or “find” anything.
Just time, presence, and the experience of being held.
Why Being Held Matters
We live in a culture of
speed, productivity, and overstimulation
yet one of the most essential human needs is quietly missing:
Safe, consensual, nurturing touch.
Touch has the power to:
calm the nervous system
reduce stress and anxiety
support emotional regulation
release stored tension and grief
foster trust, safety, and belonging
remind us that we are not alone
This evening is not about doing more — it’s about allowing yourself to receive.
Not sexual.
Not performative.
Simply deeply human.
Who This Evening Is For
You are warmly welcome if you:
feel touch-hungry, lonely, or disconnected
are tired of Valentine’s pressure and expectations
long for connection without agenda
are healing from burnout, heartbreak, or emotional exhaustion
want to experience touch as nourishing rather than demanding
crave softness, safety, and genuine human presence
You can come:
on your own
with a friend
as a couple
or as part of a chosen family
No prior experience with Tantra or conscious touch is needed.
What to Expect on the Evening
